If you’ve forgotten your Raimen-Chauffeur Customer Portal password, but remember the email address you used to registered follow these steps to regain access to your account:

  1. Go to our Log In page.
  2. Click LOST YOUR PASSWORD ? 
  3. Enter the email address you use for Raimen-Chauffeur Customer Portal and click Next. (You’ll be asked to confirm your email by selecting a verification method.)
  4. Select Reset Password as Next. (You’ll be shown “Success, and password reset email has been sent.” )

Tips:

  • A password reset email has been sent to the email address on file for your account, but may take several minutes to show up in your inbox. Please wait at least 10 minutes before attempting another reset.
